I have published an Engage interaction to a web page and link to the engage.html file. But the interaction never loads - I get the spinning circle of death...
My link goes directly to the .html file. What could be the problem?
wow, too weird - I'm using Safari - so the good news is that I'm not totally, criminally, insane... but it's disconcerting that Safari isn't working...
Thanks for your help; truth be told I'm not sure what to do next...
Latest and greatest - just reloaded it actually... so Safari and FireFox, both on my Mac do not work. IE on my Windows box DOES work. Certainly seems to be an issue with mac... my colleagues Mac has the same problem. BUT we have not experienced any other problems with Flash based content.

Hey Brian!
How did you go about uploading the published content, exactly? And what about your Flash player - all up to date?
Any chance you could share a link to the content so I can check it out?
Thanks, Brian!
Hi Peter, thanks for your prompt response.
I published (web) and then ftp'd the output to my site. Then, in RapidWeaver I created a page with a link to the .html page.
Here's a link: http://pm.thewiredschoolhouse.com/styled/evm.html
and here's a screen cap of the domain file structure:
Hi Brian
Thanks for the link. I actually had no trouble playing it whatsoever. I'm using Chrome. Which browser are you testing with?

Hey Brian,
Hmm, what version of Flash player are you running?

Thanks, Brian. It looks like this may be the issue.
Thanks Peter, interesting problem. There is server side compression and I'm following up...

Brian
