Help! When we record through our Engage interactions, the audio skips and breaks up randomly. We can't find a pattern or a reason, except that for very short narration it doesn't seem to happen. The mic is high quality.
The audio is fine when we use audacity, which defeats the purpose for recording directly with Articulate. Is there a known issue with recording narration in Engage slides?
One of my co-workers started a case and is sending a sample of the problem. Can you tell me if this is a common issue? Are there any known problems recording audio in Engage interactions, or is this rare?
Hi Everyone - was wondering if you ever got a resolution to this issue? My co-worker and I are both having this same problem. Everytime we try to record audio in our Engage interactions it does this. The recording for everything else is fine though.
We have not found a solution, and so we have continued to use Audacity to record and then have to import individual audio files. It would really be nice if Engage could solve this problem!

We are using Windows 7.
Hi Ruth,
I haven't seen this particular issue. Hopefully, the interaction itself will give us some clues as to what is happening.
