Resuming a course..... experiencing a little local difficulty

Ive published a course and am just testing it out...
i exit and re-enter... the message appears 'would you like to resume where you left off' (or something to that effect)
when i select 'yes' i encounter a blank white page, and appear to be stuck with nothingness...
when i select 'no' i duly return to the beginning....
anybody tell me what ive overlooked or set wrong?

Followed Jeanettes advice: http://community.articulate.com/tutorials/products/allowing-learners-to-pick-up-where-they-left-off-in-your-interaction.aspx but to no avail! See attached file that show what im still getting. Any and all help appreciated.....

Actuallyit wasn’t resolved.. I received some great advice, but in the end I was told that maybe the best advice was toscorch the earth and re-insert the interactions into a new set of powerpointslides.
