Showing PowerPoint Slide Masters Behind Embedded Engage Interactions

Sep 14, 2016

I've followed the instructions from Product Support on how to do this, but it just doesn't work. All it does is change the background to white, but it's still 100% opaque. Is there some other way to do this?

Hi Deb- Thanks so much for taking the time to reach out here! Just to verify, are these the instructions you're following? The step specifically would be in the second section, Step 3- turning the opacity all the way down to 0% in Engage. If you've followed these and you're still not achieving the desired outcome, would you be able to share your presenter package here so I can take a look? You can add it as an attachment right to a comment in this thread. Thanks!

Hi Deb- Thanks for letting me know. I'm curious, if you have a chance would you mind doing a test file? Create a new project with a customized slide master, insert an engage interaction, and run through those instructions again. Doesn't have to be anything fancy, just something to test and see if this is happening in multiple files on your system or just the one.

If you see the same issue in the test file, I would recommend running a repair on your software to fix this behavior. Keep me posted!
