Spinning wheel of death on interaction

I have several back to back interactions. On one of the interactions, people are able to advance through all the steps, except when it goes to advance to the next interaction, it freezes. Is there something I need to change in the slide properties. I've tried republishing this module a few times with the same result.

Not an issue I'm aware of - but I'd like to help! 

  • What version of Engage/Presenter are you using? 
  • Where are you testing the published output (web, LMS, etc.)? 
  • What browser(s) are you using to test it?
  • Do you see this each and every time you test the course?

Let me know when you get a chance the above info and we'll continue from there!

Engage Version: Engage 360, it's cloud based and doesn't say I need to update.
Presenter Version: See above.
Published in LMS and Articulate 360 - also appears in preview, before the course has been published
Browser: IE and Chrome
Appears every time I test and my colleague tests.

The current version for Studio 360 is 8.7.12582.0 so when you get a chance- double check and make sure you don't have a pending update

Would you mind sharing your unpublished Articulate Package for the course you're seeing this in? I'm happy to do some testing with it. You can add the .zip as an attachment right to a comment here like this:

Hi Alexandria! 

I created a quick sample file with back-to-back "Guided Image" interactions, then I published it to Articulate 360. Give this link a test in Chrome and Internet Explorer--do you get stuck using that link?

I'd also be interested in testing your file. Would you mind sharing your Articulate Package here?

Hello,

There were no updates available for me to install the latest version of Articulate Studio, so I uninstalled the program, in hopes of reinstalling the latest version. That failed. Not only did the install fail, but it tried to redownload the old version.

Please advise ASAP. Now I am unable to complete my work.

I was able to reinstall Studio using the steps provided, but I still do not have the most current version.
