Studio 3 has stopped working. I cannot start any new interactions, make quizzes, attach video. I think this started after I did the recent update. Today, I opened Engage 13 separately and it made me activate my software again. I had hoped that would fix it but it hasn't. Another post said something about a repair but I can't figure out how to run that. Would appreciate any help.

I agree, sounds like a repair would assist. Check out the instructions here on how to do so.
