Video timeline in Engage

Hi Vijay,

How are you viewing the Engage interaction when this happens? Do you have the video and interaction inserted in Presenter, or are you running the Engage interaction as a standalone interaction? 

Also, does this happen when previewing, publishing or both?

Are you able to attach the .SWF file here, so I can take a look?

Thanks for response. 

I am embedding the interaction in the Articulate Presenter. Timeline is appearing double when i preview the course and in published LMS  version of the module.

Thanks for the file! I took a look and used the SWF in a Media Tour interaction and inserted this into Presenter. However, I'm not seeing a "doubled" time line. 

Can you tell me what type of interaction you're using? I'm wondering if it may be specific to the interaction type.
