I believe this is because the top layer will scale "down" when you add a new layer.
Here's how it should look with only 3 (the default amount) layers:
When you added that fourth layer, it made the top level smaller and it wrapped that text, "Nirvana".
The layer text is actually handled by the option selected for "Title" and it's not possible to make it larger or smaller via formatting. However, you could try using a different font that appears smaller.
For example, you could use a font like "Bodoni MT Condensed" - just keep in mind that in doing so, you're also modifying your Title font.
Here's how to change your title font:
Click on Interaction Properties.
Select the Colors and Effects tab.
In the section for Interaction Fonts, click the drop-down menu and select a font that you'd like to use.
