Are you wanting a word count for just your Engage interaction? You could publish your Engage interaction to Word, and then use Word's Review tab to choose Word Count. You'd probably want to strip out some of the text that gets generated (such as the summary data at the beginning of the document and the headings that say "Step Text" ...that'll give you a more accurate count.
