Hi. We uploaded 31 lessons into Cornerstone and all of them are working great except for one. The one lesson was playing for some students but not for others. It would give them the attached error message. We tried republishing the SCORM file and then reloading it to Cornerstone. The issue continued AND this time it didn't work on a computer that it had worked on before. What could the problem? I am just not sure how to troubleshoot this one. Help!

If the issue persists, open a support case with your LMS provider, since they're your primary source of support for LMS tracking and reporting issues.
