Can you confirm that you're creating your Presenter files on your local drive as described here? Working on a network or USB drive could cause some unusual behavior. If you are working locally and still having difficulty saving, you may want to conduct a repair of your Studio software, and if you'd like to connect with our Support team, you can send them your Presenter files by packaging them as described here and submitting a Support case.
