"Adobe Flash Player Settings" pop-up

We are now seeing the "Adobe Flash Player Settings" pop-up message appear (asking to Allow or Deny permission to store information on your local machine) in Studio 13 publishes. In Studio 09 we were able to work around this by changing the flashcommand.js file in C:\Program Files\Articulate\Presenter\players\core\player\. We could replace the "http"  text with "https"  in the flashcommand.js file, and then that pop-up would no longer appear in any of our course publishes. Now, with Studio 13, this workaround no longer works.

Does anyone out there know of any workaround to prevent the pop-up from happening in Studio 13? Note: This happens with courses we post to our HTTPS server (secure server) and only with IE8 and Firefox, but strangely not with Chrome.
