Hi there. My Articulate courses are crashing when they are run from the TopClass LMS. Everything works fine in the SCORM course before it gets uploaded to TopClass. Some of the interactions take awhile to load and if you click on anything while that's happening, everything freezes. The client is also purposely trying to break it, and when they click repeatedly on the various parts of the Engage interactions, the course breaks as well. I do feel they are pushing the technology beyond it's limits, but I need some ideas..

Curious to know if you've had a chance to run your course through SCORM Cloud to help us determine if the issue is Articulate-related or if it's on your LMS's side. If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team. The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.

Actually, yes, I just tried the course in SCORM Cloud and didn't have any problems. As you say, I think we'll need to take it up with the LMS team...
