I'm trying to find in one of the .xml files how to replace the "Powered by Articulate" logo with a company logo and am having trouble in finding this. Can someone help me here?
I am following the directions, but my logo is still now appearing on the lower left. Is there any settings I should be looking at in the template? I can't figure out what I am doing wrong. Thanks!\
When you go to publish your presentation, make sure that you're selecting the player template that you updated. Also, try publishing your presentation to a new folder on your Desktop. This will workaround any caching issues that your browser may be having.
I am still trying. I have someone else trying the instructions and your suggestions to see if it is something I am missing. I will let you know how it works out. Thank you for all of your help.

Hi Adam,
Here's a screencast that will lead you through the process of replacing that logo:

And just to cover our bases, here's the Knowledge Base article on the topic:

Thanks so much for your quick reply. The logo is still not appearing. Here is what I am doing:
1. uncheck the powered by logo in the template.
2. Save my logo to a .swf file
3. publish my course
4. place the .swf file in the player folder
5. Go to the data folder and add the code provided to the playerproperties.xml...change the name to my .swf file name
6. click the player in the folder
Is there anything else I am suppose to be doing to the template? I even tried to placing it on our server.
I also looked closely at the example in the screenr.
Again, thank you.
Hi Debra,
The issue might have something to do with the SWF file itself. Make sure that it was created using our best practices:
