If you can't find the desired effect you're looking for by changing the player's color scheme, you might want to consider designing your own custom player skin, or having a developer design one for you. Check it out here.
Hi Natalia! I was intrigued by your question so I did a little playing around with the color scheme editor. Would something like the player below work for you? It's a slightly modified version of the Black'09 scheme... I just used some gradients and shades of gray that are a little more high-contrast. The thing is, gradients are really the ticket to creating a "shininess" effect, but there are only a couple places on the player color scheme editor where you can go kind of wild with gradients. Anyway, if you think this might be useful to you, I've attached the xml file for this color scheme. Check out this article for where to place the color scheme file on your system. Hope that helps!
