Articulate Presenter '13 with arabic, menue o and side menue level

Dear Mr.,
I have some problem when update arabic articulate,
1. I cannot sort the items in player tabs, every time I change the sort it return back to original sort.
It should be:

2. I correct the level of the menu items but it still appear wrong after publishing:
3. In Quizes, the finish Button text appeared like that (انهاء) it should be (انتهى) as my recorded voice , I change it in the text label but it not affect the publish Quiz it still the wrong text.

I am unable to see any images that you have shared here.
First of all let's start by making sure that you are utilizing the latest update of Presenter '13, which is Update 3 as there were some fixes put in place for tabs and language.

I did not use the last update, I tried to setup it but I got the following error when open ppt files and Articulate tab is missing, so I return to the previews one:

I believe you're still hitting an installation issue.
You could could uninstall completely, then install the latest update.
If you get an error, make sure these things have been done
Install VSTO
Install at least .NET Framework 4.0
After installing the above, please restart your machine.

Thank you, I could install update 3 and it work after Install VSTO,
now I can sort the items in the player tab,
the level of the menu items still appear wrong after publishing, the engage and Quiz level is change.
also the published Quiz still have the wrong text which I correct in the labels.
