Articulate studio 13, Bullet points not appearing in Ipad

Dear all,

I am Currently using Articulate studio 13, in which the European languages have special characters and some symbols for bullet points, when i publish the files to web or SCORM, the bullet points disappear in the published version, kindly help me in fixing this
