I keep getting an error message when I try to import a mp3 or a wav file into Articulate 13 Presenter. The error message says that it "is not a supported file."
They really are mp3 and wav files. I was able to load these files in to the first few slides a few days ago. Now Presenter won't import them. What's wrong?
Although Articulate Storyline and Articulate Studio '13 support a wide range of audio file formats (AAC, AIF, AIFF, M4A, MP3, OGG, WAV, WMA), not all codecs and bitrates are supported. If you encounter either of the issues described above, we recommend converting your audio files to 16 bit 44 KHZ PCM WAV for best results.

Edit - Just realized you said you could import them before. Are you able to import them into a new file? Is this error just happening on this particular file?

Ahhh! I learn something new everyday. Now I have to figure out how Audacity switched the settings, but thanks to you I know how to fix it.
