I am getting the following error message when trying to edit an audio file in Articulate: Audio Error: Object Reference not set to an instance of an object . Any ideas what I can do to resolve this issue?I have included a screen shot of the error.
Please feel free to Create an Articulate Presenter Package and upload the zip file to us, and one of our support engineers will be happy to help you find a solution to the issue. You can do that here:

Hello, I am getting a similar error message, except it is occurring when I am tring to upload a zip file to our LMS; SumTotal.
An error occurred during upload: Object Reference not set to an instance of an object
I have never seen this error before.
It is occurring only with one module (PPT), inwhich I have just published and zipped 10 other modules, before and after. All others seem to work except this one particular module.
I have even went to the extent to rebuild it, however it seems to just divert back to the same error.
Doesn't sound like you had luck importing the slides into a new presentation and re-publishing? Sometimes a PPT file can become corrupt, and that's the easiest way to fix it. Please feel free to submit a case of your own, and someone will be happy to help. Thanks!

Hi Sohini!
Thanks for your response Peter. Unfortunately, I am still experiencing the same issue and receiving the error message. Any other suggestions?
