Hello! We are publishing an Articulate presentation (to fit the full browser) and are experiencing issues with blurred images. If we use the default (optimal) screen to play, it is much clearer. In the PowerPoint, the images are crystal clear. Once published, they become blurry. Is there a setting we can adjust? Also, in Replay, the video is slightly blurry unless we make the screen smaller. Again, is there a setting that can be adjusted? Thanks to all who can assist!
i am having the same issue. I just downloadd the update for Presenter, and deleted the MP4's that I created in Replay, and then added them back. They are still blurry - to the point of being unreadable. Any additional help you can give? Did your QA team solve this issue?
