Bookmarking Not Working in LMS

It appears that our new courses are not bookmarking in our LMS when published with the new version of Presenter.  Are there any known issues?  I wonder if any other users have had this problem.  The bookmarking with the previous version worked just fine.  Is there a new way that this is being done with the software? 

Any assistance or direction will be most appreciated.

Hi Greg,

Just out of curiosity, how did you transition from the previous version that was uploaded to the LMS to the new updated version? If you overwrote the original content, that may be causing an issue. It may help to remove the original content, or just upload using a new name/path so that the new content isn't housed in the same location on the LMS. It may also be a good idea to try clearing your browser cache.

If that doesn't help, this blog post is the place to begin.  You also want to be certain that you are packaging your published content properly for your LMS.  Also, be certain that you have contacted the Support Team for your LMS, since they are best-equipped to tell you what's happening on the LMS side.

If you wind up empty-handed after reviewing the links above, I would next recommend comparing the performance of your content at SCORM Cloud.  If you cannot reproduce the problem there, this is likely an LMS-specific issue, and you will want to generate debug logs and supply them to your LMS Provider for additional troubleshooting.
