I am wondering if it is possible to build custom player/skin without the Presenter SDK. The reason behind not getting the SDK is that the Storyline is coming out soon, and I am not sure if it is a wise business decision to get the SDK now. Anyway, if there is a way to build the custom player/skin without SDK, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

I am sure it is possible, I believe Kineo built skins before the sdk existed
