Can I change the order slides are played with the Articulate SDK?

Hi, I have a client who is interested in converting PPT presentations into Flash for distribution to their reps, with a few extra features available to the presenters. Some are pretty simple, but one looks like it could be difficult. Specifically, they would like to give the presenter the option to reorder groups of slides before starting playback. My hope was that I could implement that using the API  to extend the Articulate player.

I've looked at the SDK and so far I see methods to get the presentation data, but no obvious way to manipulate it to change the order of the slides. I'm more of a designer than a developer, so maybe I've missed something-- any suggestions?
