CAN'T PUBLISH Jan 30, 2018 By Guy Annunziata I tried to publish a narrated file to LMS and I keep getting a message saying "We're sorry, something went wrong......" And then it closes.

If you cannot re-create the issue in a new course, I would advise to import the file into a new one and proceed. If it's happening in any/all files, you should certainly conduct a repair of your software.
