cannot publish to articulate online

See the screenshot below. I am sure my URL and account info is correct. I have try another account. The error still exits. My file is local.

 What's the problem? Thanks for help!

I'm afraid I won't be able to look into this issue, since I'd need your login information for your Articulate Online account to test this. Can you submit a support case with our tech team, so we can take a look at the account?
