We have been having ongoing trouble with bullets and caption boxes. Bullets set up in PowerPoint lose their alignment once pulished, and alike frequently caption boxes move to a different part of the screen once published. Are there any known fixes to this problem.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with Presenter. However, there are a few things we can try to get your caption boxes and bullets to align properly.
First, it may be due to DPI settings. This is a fairly easy thing to check. This knowledge base article will walk you through the process of checking your current DPI settings.
If you adjust these settings, but still experience this issue, we'll need to troubleshoot the issue a little further.
Please follow the steps provided in this knowledge base article. However, please avoid the steps that guide you through uninstalling and reinstalling Office.
If you've gone through both articles and you're still experiencing this problem, please let us know.
If you still experience this issue after trying the steps in the article above, please upload your files and submit a case with our tech team. We'll be able to take a look at the files and see what's causing the problem.
Oops, sorry to me a pain here. I work for a very large bank therefore getting anything uninstalled and reinstalled would be the last effort and could take a lot of time. Nearly all of our Developer's have experienced this problem. We can usually get some sort of resolution by grouping several images in PowerPoint saving as an image and then adding back in. Bullets take a whole other work around. I have a deck which we had the image problem today. Is it possible to submit a case, I am concerned the problem may lie within our template. We have been trying to overcome the issue for several years now.
We'll be able to take a look at your files and see what's going on.
I'll watch the status of your case, as well. If we're able to find a solution, I'll share it with the community to help any other Heroes that experience the same problem.

Thank you for your quick response! I will go through the article and let you know if it doesn't work.
I see the link I provided for the second step didn't want to participate!
Sorry about that. You can access the knowledge base article here.
After speaking with out Tech Support team and testing with a few users, it seems that we automatically default to 96DPI.
Hi Stephanie.
Thanks for getting back to me about the DPI settings. Were you able to look at the second article?
The URL didn't post in my first response, but you can find it here.
