Captivate MP4 cutting off when published in Articulate

Feb 08, 2012

I have several Captivate movies that I am using in my course. (This is something that I have done before.) And before I hear I need to do a web object, I found--via this site--a MUCH better workaround that takes the Captivate f4v > Flash > MP4. Great quality, etc.

My frustration lies in the fact that two of the five Captivate movies are cutting off before they are complete. I have triple-checked the original Captivate files, and have added a longer screenplay time, extra silence at the end of the audio. It does not seem to make any difference at all for these two files. It is not a Captivate issue that I can tell.

What am I missing?
