Course shows In Progress after completion. The course will not show "Complete." I had two topics in one presentation. I split the two topics into two courses... Slides 1-28 became one course and then slides 29-39 became another course. After publishing the two courses, the first topic/course will not show complete. The second topic/course will show complete.
Is there something in the imsmanifest.xml published from slides 1-28 that is pointing to the absent slides 29-39 before it will mark the course as complete?

It's possible. Have you tried clearing the cache and then republishing? Or, what happens if you run the course through SCORM Cloud? Same thing?
