I downloaded the practice files so that I could follow along and use with the tutorials. The practice files do not have the articulate tab so I cannot add characters or anything else that is listed under that tab. I have the storyboarding tab instead. I even looked in the options and customize the ribbon and i don't see articulate their either. How are we supposed to follow along and practice?
Hello Carolyn! Glad to hear you're checking out Presenter! Have you downloaded the trial of Studio '13 yet? If not, you'll want to follow these steps to download and install the software. Once Studio '13 is installed, your should see the Articulate tab added to PowerPoint.

I wish you guys had monthly subscriptions. Unfortunately I cannot afford that annual subscription. It's really sad because I would love to use this product since I have so many training programs that I have to come up with

If Studio '13 is installed and you still don't see the Articulate tab, try these troubleshooting steps.
