Custom Presenter Player

I created a custom Presenter player for my project.  In the Presenter Player preview it shows it exactly how I want it; however, when I publish it, some of the outlines do not show up. 

I want it to look like this:

 But when I publish it, it looks like this:

Notice that the outlines are missing around the bottom and around the menu.
