custom sdk tab

The issue we are having seems to be intermitant. Out custom tab does not always appear.

You can refresh the browser and it loads. Is there anything we can set to make sure the tab loads

when the presentation is launched.

It's not my solution, so I really don't know what version of Flash he used.

I've experienced the same problem. Preloading your tabs should solve it.

We have a new solution for this; no preloader needed.
