Deleting templates in Presenter 9

We have over the years, created several templated for various courses. We have decided to use one common template for our products, to comply with a CLF policy enacted recently. I have tried to delete the templates from the list, under Player Templates. I click on the template i wish to delete, click on Delete, then click on Yes. It sounds and looks as if the deletion is occuring, but when i open the list, it is still there.

1 - I have tried to Save as, under a new name, and can delete the new version, but still not the original.

2 - I have loaded the template, and accepted that the old one be overridden, still cannot delete.

3 - I have edited the color scheme of the template, and saved it, to no avail.

4 - I have rebooted, etc... Still no luck.

5 - I can not physically go into the Templates folder in Explorer, as there appears to be some admin block on several portions of my drive, preventing me from hard deleting the actual files.

Anything else I can do? Do i have something locked without knowing I do?
