Emailed zip files do not work!

I am using Articulate Presenter 2013.  After I publish, I am able to access my course from my own computer (and can even zip and extract my files and can still access the course), but as soon as I try to email the zip file, something gets stripped from the file, and the end user cannot access the course (they ARE extracting the files, but still no content).

Help!

Yes. When I publish to CD, I see the executable file on my own computer, but something goes wrong when I try to email the zip file.
