Yes I did thanks. I tried running a reinstall (repair) and now it's totally broken. It asked what folder was the .exe file in. I didn't know but assumed it would be in Articulate program folder. I selected that and it wasn't there so I ended the process. I was then going to just uninstall and do a reinstall, but I got an error message that said I had to wait until it finished uninstalling to continue. I don't see anything running so I think now it's just broken.

I'd recommend contacting our support team. They'll be able to quickly work with you to get the program back up and running. Sorry for the trouble!
