Exit button not working in training with two sco's

hi,
I made a pack with two sco's. Tested on Moodle and SCORM Cloud. Unfortunately, the Close button does not work in the first sco. The second is working properly. I tried different ways. I changed the Config file (SCORM 1.2: C: \ Program Files \ Articulate \ Presenter \ players \ template_scorm \ lms \) according to the following:
    1. Open file in NotePad Configuration.js.
    2. Change this line: var EXIT_BEHAVIOR = "SCORM_RECOMMENDED";
    3. To: EXIT_BEHAVIOR var = "ALWAYS_CLOSE";
    4. Republish.
    5. If That does not work you can try this: var EXIT_BEHAVIOR = "ALWAYS_CLOSE_TOP";

and still nothing ... Any suggestions?
