Exiting a course

You all have been so good in the past, I hope you can assist me with my latest issue.  I have a user that, when clicking EXIT after passing the assessment at the end of the course, is unable to exit.  Nothing happens and is forced to CLOSE the screen.  Consequently it records "incomplete" in there transcript on my LMS.  Other users have not reported any issues and are registered as "complete".  I have had a similar issue previously with another course.  I first thought this was an LMS issue, but now I am not so sure.  Please advise.

Adrian,

I followed the KB and I had the course open in another window; same result.  I attempted to edit the configuration.js script but when I tried to save it, access was denied.  I was contacted this morning by another user having the same issue with a different course.  I appreciate your help, please advise.

Hi Terry and Pamela,

Just to rule out whether it's an issue with your LMS or the published output, let's see about having you all test your content on SCORM CloudSCORM Cloud is an industry-standard testing engine and if you don't already have an account, setting up a free one hardly takes any time at all.

Thanks Adrian for the 'SCORM Cloud' site (nice resource to have!).

After a bit more trouble shooting, here is what I came up with:

Educational content is residing on LMS with data tracking intentionally turned off is what was causing the Exit button to not work. To correct, I published to Web (w/ HTML5) and everything is working perfect! 

Hope this helps anyone with future Exit button issues!
