External files

Hi all. I have a PowerPoint presentation with some external video files: .mov

After I converted the PP to Flash, the videos were not there. I kind of expected that. How do I get the finished product to show the videos.

There is a similar thread to this one, Peter asked about audio files, but the answer was not exactly helpful.

Please, I'd appreciate any help.

Hi Guillermo.

I just wanted to share the solution in case anyone else runs into this issue:

I see that you have inserted the graphic images using a graph object. This will usually stretch the graph/images when it's published. To resolve the issue, please do the following:

1) Select the graph object.
2) Right-click at the edge/border and select "Cut".
3) Right-click on the slide and select Paste Options: Picture (U). This will convert the graph into an image.
4) Save and republish your file.
