We have developed a course using articulate presenter version 13 as a platform and are facing completion issue for SABA LMS - akamai server. After uploading the course on SABA LMS - akamai server which is linux based server the course grants completion credit instantly. So all you have to do to get credit is launch and close the course. This is not how it behaved on the SABA LMS - windows server and scorm cloud LMS we tested it on. On the SABA LMS - windows server and scorm cloud LMS the course functions properly and grants credit after completing all screens.
If it behaved normally in SCORM Cloud and within the other SABA server, I'd have to defer to the Saba team who would help manage the server you're using as it's not the course itself but the hosting location.
Please feel free to keep us posted here on what you find out, as it may be a solution that would assist other users who have the same type of server set up.
