I am facing an issue while importing flash file to Articulate Presenter 13 update 4. Can you please help. I've attached a screenshot of the error received.
I've tried it in different machines. The file gets imported in update 2. I'm facing this problem in update 4.
I've recently upgraded to update 4 and I've tried importing different flash files in multiple machines having update 4. The problem still remains. I am not able to import the flash file.

I see a very similar case that our support team is working on. Do you or a colleague have a case in with this same issue? I would encourage you to continue working with our support team.
We are facing same issue importing flash files. But I am a bit confused, this feature was working fine with previous version. Looking forward to see the fixes for this issue.

Sounds like you may need to conduct a repair of the software on the machine that you are utilizing.
Are you able to import this file on any machine that has Presenter '13 Update 4?

Ok I've found that when my flash file is containing audio (with the settings shown in attached screenshot) I'm not able to import the file.
