File Type stuck on DOC

Anyone see the Type get stuck on DOC even when the PC defaults are set as each program and when the Properties is changed it switches all files to the same program not just individually?
In the past with 9 I just edited this once for each file and all was well. Now with 9 and 13 it's not working. I've submitted a ticket and tried to uninstall/reinstall but with no luck.

That's certainly not an issue I'm familiar with. Sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with that.
You mention that you were working with support. Would you be able to share your case number so that I could take peek?
Leslie, I had problems with an HD screen so I went back to an old school Windows 7 box with a LED screen. The file problem is related to the screenshot above showing File type stuck on .DOC.
When I change one they all change which is weird. Maybe Windows 10 to Google Drive issue?

Is your course working as expected? What's your support case number?
I'm on Windows 7 now with an Articulate 13 30 day trial. I can open an old file and resave or start from scratch on .intr and .quiz files.

Being on a trial should not be an issue. Our 30 day trial is the full product minus license.
It looks like you may have the default program set to Presenter to open those file types and that could be why you are seeing this behavior.
From the same Properties window that you shared above, can you change the .quiz to open with Quizmaker and the .intr to open with Engage?
