I have been creating some different font effects in PowerPoint (completely visible in PP) but when I preview the training in Articulate the effects disappear. Any suggestions on what to do?
Are you using Powerpoint 2010? Since it was released after Presenter 09, some effects and animations don't transfer over. This list will let you know which ones, and if there is a replacement within Presenter what it will transfer in as.
