What authoring tool within Articulate are you using? Is your goal to share the course with a client that they can edit or one that they could upload/share with learners?
We don't have an option for a prpkg file, but there are a number of options within each tool (Storyline, Rise, Studio) to share content with clients and learners. Let me know what you're hoping to achieve and I can point you in the right direction!

Looks like prpkg is an output option for Adobe Presenter. It sounds like a proprietary format.
