Getting started with Articulate...

Hi

I've just downloaded the demo versions of all teh Articulate products. I understand that there are various tutorials about the different products, but really I want to find out which is the best starting point?

As background, we have some modules of an online induction on another product. I am selecting 2 modules (different topics) and intend putting these onto a powerpoint and then into Articulate. The reason is that a) I want to learn about the product using a working example, b) see how it fares given that I'm not a typical training designer (i.e. to see how easy it is), and c) see what the finished product will look like. This means that I can easily compare the look of this against what we already have. I hope this makes sense.

Now, given that I have only downloaded the programs, what tutorial should I start with? Is there an Articulate for Dummies? or something like this? I see that they are listed by topic but that doesn't really help me yet. Of course I could just start by trying to see how I get through, but I'd find it more helpful to have some steer initially.

Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Articulate Community. Probably the best starting point is the Building Better Courses tutorials as these not only show you how to use the products but actually walk you through creating your own course as well. You will soon quickly see how easy it is to use Articulate. Then if you still have questions you can always ask, there are a ton of friendly and helpful people on here

What happened to all the previous tutorial videos that were on Getting Started with Storyline 360 and Storyline 3?

I can no longer find the above video tutorials
I can only find the Articulate 320 Training page now and there is only a handful of videos that don't have anywhere near the information that was in the above mentioned videos
