Handouts

Hello,
I am working with a contract organization that does not want to move away from handouts. They are seeking the handout option available in PowerPoint for Articulate. The Articulate training I designed for them has many Engage interactions. A year or more ago, I looked at the forums to see if a handout print option was available that would also print out the different screens in Engage. I came up empty handed. Is this option available now? If so, how do I access it?
Thank you!
Beth

Hi Beth
You can publish an engage interaction to word

Thank you, Phil!
Has anyone found a good way to create handouts from Power Point? I don't want to give everyone just a copy of the slides, which seems the only thing Microsoft is set up for. Anything else out there that's easy to use?
Hi Donna and welcome to Heroes! Have you taken a look at the publish to Word option?

Justin,
Thanks for the response, I was looking for something with more flexibility. For example, I frequently like to put in spaces for learners to record notes or answers to questions, and I haven't found an easy way to do this with any of the Publish options. I wonder if anyone has a third party tool that makes editing handouts easier?
Thanks!
Hi Donna,
PowerPoint has a built-in "Create Handouts in Word" feature that may suffice. For more information, see the link below:

I would like to be able to print handouts of the slides that have been developed in Storyline just the same as you can in PowerPoint, but there does not seem to be any way to do this.
Does anyone know if this is possible?
If not, when will Articulate make this option available?
Another feature I would like is to be able to import articulate slides into PowerPoint or be able to export Storyline slides to PowerPoint. Is this feature being considered and if so when can we expect to see it?
Hi Denis.
You can publish Storyline presentations for Word which would allow you to do that. You can only import PowerPoint slides into Storyline, not vice versa. You are welcome to submit a feature request for that.
Hi Justin,
Thank you for your reply. I should have noticed that. I will make a request for Storyline to have the ability to export slides to PowerPoint. I think it would be very useful.
I agree with Denis, this feature would be very useful.
Hi Michael,
If you haven't done so already, you can submit your feature request here.
