Thanks Daniel. So my one issue that I still need help with is how to get my quiz answers to shuffle. I have gone into the settings and selected ANSWERS next to shuffle but it is not making a difference. How do I get the answers to shuffle?
Are you doing this on a per question basis? Check out this tutorial.
If you changed your quiz defaults, but the quiz was already built, it does not change the overall quiz. It needs to be done prior to building or per question.

Hi, Shari: Unanswered questions get pushed down the list and so fall out of view.
