I was sent a power point file with audio to be published and uploaded into our LMS. I was able to publish the file and save it as a zip file; however; when I attempted to upload the zip file to the LMS I received the following error message:
Package Error: Behavioral Treatment Strategies for Swallow Strengthening.zip: This doesn't seem to be a valid SCORM package
First, please make sure you're packaging and publishing the files correctly. The steps will be a little different, depending on whether you're using Studio '09 or Studio '13.
If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team.
The articles here and here may also help clear up common LMS issues.
If you still have trouble, can you tell us which LMS you're using? They can vary sometimes, so it may help to get some feedback from another community member that's used the same system.

Hi Monica,

Studio '13: Publishing a Presentation for LMS in Articulate Presenter
Studio '09: Publish to Your LMS
If that doesn't help, have you tested your course in SCORM Cloud?
If you're using AICC content please take a look at the article below for testing information:
Studio '13: Articulate Support - Testing Studio '13 AICC content at SCORM Cloud

Let us know how it turns out!
Thanks so much. It is embarrassing, but in my rush I had selected web and not lms when I was publishing.
Hi Monica,
No need for that - happens to us all. I'm just happy to hear that it helped :)
Have a great day and Happy Holidays!
Christine
