HELP! Media.ppcx missing Aug 07, 2014 By Karen O'Shea After I enabled the Articulate tab, I receive the following error message: 'Adobe Presenter cannot load the recordings for all slides. The recordings are not in the .ppcx file.' I can't find the media.ppcx file anywhere.

I have not seen this reported before.
Are you working locally? Did you add your audio as explained here?
