I have inserted a video into a presentation - published it (scorm2004). Once published I get the option to view presentation. When I view presentation the video works fine. Once I have uploaded to LMS it doesn't play.
Just wanted to say we had a similar situation at the college I work at with videos not playing on the server. Once we added the MIME type for .MP4 videos everything seemed to start working! Here's a link to the instructions for adding the MIME type.
