For about 3 months hot spots have not worked for presentations run using Chrome. The presentations still work fine in IE and Firefox. Has anyone else had issues with Chrome and hot spots?
What version of Presenter are you using and how are you publishing the content? If you could share a copy of your Presenter Package, I'd like to take a look.
Hi Leslie, It is Presenter 13. Problem occurs with hotspots, multiply choice questions and images with arrows pointing to specific items are off-set. It is occurring with several presentations when run in Chrome. As noted earlier, all is fine when run in IE or Firefox.
I did have something opened in the past. The slide size, did not offer a solution. I thought it the issue back then had resolved itself, but it turned out they were using IE and were not having issues.
We recently has someone attend training through Yukon Learning. They are aware of the hot spots issue with chrome and said it is associated with an update chrome did within the last 6 to 9 months? Is Articulate not aware of this?
I do see that there is an open issue, the same as you discussed with Leslie and Ryan earlier, where a hotspot question in Quizmaker/Presenter '13 causes an issue when viewing the HTML5 output. The HTML5 output of Studio '13 would have been supported in Chrome and Safari, which may be what you're thinking of?
I'm not familiar with the description you're sharing about a specific issue caused by a recent Chrome update, but if you have a bit more info to share (i.e. Chrome version that caused it, authoring tool it happens in, etc.) I can use that to track it down!

Hey Gary,
I found a support case that you opened a while back where you were reporting an issue with Quizmaker hotspots in Presenter when viewing in Chrome.
I see that Ryan shared this was a bug happening when the quiz size is different than the size in Presenter.
This issue was reported to our team and I do not have an update to provide.

Thanks for the update Gary.
Would you be able to share your Articulate Package for us to take a look?
See attached file. Thanks.
