I have added a picture to show what I'm trying to describe. How do I add extra button's on top the menu bar? I see you can add standart ones from the presentation options.
Are you talking about the buttons at the top of your presenter player? Like (in your example) BAP Help, BAP Glossary, BAP Acronyms?
If so, those buttons represent Engage Interactions that have been added to a course as a "Player Tab". When you choose to add an Engage Interaction, you add it as a slide or as a Player Tab. The Player Tab function adds a menu option to the top bar of the Presenter Player.
You can also add a QuizMaker Quiz the same way. The other buttons, "Attachments", "Bookmark", "Send Link", and "Exit" are selected in the Player Template design of Presenter.

Hope that helps.
Here's a good blog post with some how-tos and ideas regarding player tabs.
